Etna Wine Tasting in Palmento: Discover Fischetti's story from plant to glass.

Here is what you will live

During your visit to the Fischetti estate, you will have the opportunity to learn about the history of the winery and the family that runs it.

The visit will start with a walk through the estate's century-old vineyard, surrounded by lavender and fruit trees. You will then visit the ancient palmento, a system of tanks used to produce wine in the past, and learn about what techniques were traditionally used around Etna.
Finally, you'll proceed with the tasting, which will take place on the ancient restored tavuleri, where the grapes were once pressed. 

Your wine tasting at Fischetti will include 3 glasses of Etna D.O.C. - one white, one rosé and one red (numbered bottles). the tasting will be paired with local products such as cheeses, salami, olives and bread, as well as some products from the estate's garden. Please communicate in advance any allergies to the winery.
