With a commitment to organic practices, this house's champagnes deliver a fresh, mineral taste. Experience the uniqueness of this house by tasting a selection of its special Champagnes, reflecting the house's distinctive winemaking approach. Visit a winemaker unlike any other and discover 4 distinct yet uniquely exceptional Champagnes:
- Select Réserve: 100% Meunier, fruity and mineral
- Cuvée Trianon: 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, classical champagne of the house
- Les Hautes Prières Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2012: 100% Chardonnay, 1er Cru from Hautvillers
- Rosé de Saignée: 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Meunier, maceration method (saignée in French means bleeding), no red wine added.
