Located in the heart of Bordeaux, this workshop invites you to indulge in a one-of-a-kind experience, exploring exceptional food and wine pairings. Guided by an expert sommelier, you’ll taste 5 exquisite Bordeaux wines, including three Classified Growths and rare vintages, paired with carefully selected artisanal delicacies such as caviar, sturgeon with caviar rillettes, foie gras, dried duck magret, fine cheeses, and “Bean to Bar” chocolate crafted in Bordeaux.
The session begins with a brief introduction to Bordeaux’s wines, terroirs, and tasting techniques, followed by an exploration of the three core principles for achieving perfect food and wine harmony. Then, you’ll move from theory to practice as you discover how these combinations elevate each element individually while creating an unforgettable harmony.
This participatory workshop is an interactive experience, where you’ll learn the history behind each product, the reasons for their pairings, and the craftsmanship of local, artisanal producers.
