Then, gather in the tasting room or garden (weather permitting) to enjoy the fruits of our labor, accompanied by a selection of local artisanal products.
You will taste:
- Amicizia Venti Sparkling Pignoletto paired with sliced pink salami from Franceschini Salumificio
- Zigant Pignoletto paired with sliced mortadella Felsineo
- Barbera paired with 12-month Parmigiano Reggiano from Caseificio Rosola in Zocca
- Sparkling Barbera paired with Pinza from the Marsigli bakery in Zola Predosa - Crescente from Nuovo Forno in Zola Predosa
Optionally, explore our small family museum showcasing tools and objects from rural life.
