During the harvest season, Cas'Amaro invites guests to actively take part in the birth of new wines. The experience starts with a welcome coffee break, followed by a guided vineyard visit and a clear introduction to harvesting techniques.
Guests then join the team for around 45 minutes of manual grape picking, for a genuine hands-on participation. The program continues with a winery visit, traditional foot treading in open vats, and a guided tasting of three Cas'Amaro wines, accompanied by regional snacks.
A harvest kit is included (t-shirt, hat, scissors, and bucket). Ideal for those seeking an authentic, participatory, and memorable wine experience.
