Azienda Agricola “RIBOTE” is a strictly family-run company that comes from a centuries-old tradition. The name RIBOTE was taken in 1980 from the name of the homonymous cascina, situated in the slopes of the hills in the town of Dogliani (CN), località San Luigi. Our vineyards are exposed to south/west and they grow on calcareous soils at an altitude of between 200 and 600 meters. We cultivate with passion 35 hectares of land, with guyot farming system and vines of an age of 20-60 years. The culture is of course strictly organic. Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo and Chardonnay grapes are offering our vineyards from which we produce our wines.
