Cantina e Vini

Mount La Santissima, actually Mount Barbisone, is the extraordinary setting which provides the background for the environmental upgrade and business activities carried out by the Gozio Family to revalue the ancient vineyards once used by the Dominicans Friars. With an area of approximately 15 hectares, 4 of which are located around the old Monastery La Santissima and 11 scattered throughout the Municipality of Gussago, theses vineyards are characterized by clain and limestone loam and loose and gravelly moraine soils; terraced, exposed at the sun or enclosed in orchards, to guard the heat of each beam.

Grapes Chardonnay and Pinot Noire harvested by hand. Soft and gradual crushing. Aged at least 25 months to preserve the more delicate perfumes. Heart, passion and experience Franciacorta identify the new reality, born by the love of Gozio Family for the territory, proposing wines of great character.
