Cantina e Vini

Very old cellar ( 1620 ) in the town center of Saint Paul, with an ancient underground where we age our wines. These traditionnal walls are very thick, so they preserve the temperatures of the cellar during the hot season.

Our wines are organic, hand harvested, made only with grapes and natural yeasts.

We add nothing during fermentation and ageing but a little sulfites before bottling for conservation.

We produce 20 varieties, especially local.
