From the setting up of the AOC Crémant de Bourgogne in 1975, Gérard and Danielle decided to plant vineyards specific to Crémant, destined to produce grapes suitable for making the base wines for Crémant de Bourgogne. We have made the choice of managing our vineyards in lutte raisonnée balanced approach viticulture. Treatments are carried out as a function of the needs of the vines and not in systematic fashion, so as to control the quantities of additives (in particular chemical substances such as fertilizers or other phyto-sanitary products) and to limit as much as possible their negative impact on the environment.
