During your visit, you will have the opportunity to tour the winery, learn about the estate’s philosophy, and discover the winemaking process behind their certified organic wines, produced with great respect for nature and local traditions.

The tasting experience is fully customizable, allowing you to choose the style that best suits your interests. You may opt for a selection that includes both red and white wines, or explore the evolution of a single wine through different vintages. Guests can select three or five wines from a portfolio of ten labels, each expressing the unique characteristics of either the Langhe or Monferrato terroir.

If weather conditions and timing allow, the experience can be enriched with a walk through the vineyards, offering a deeper connection to the land where these wines are born and a chance to admire the surrounding Piedmont countryside.

This experience is ideal for wine lovers seeking a flexible, educational, and relaxed tasting in one of Italy’s most prestigious wine destinations.

Very nice people
We arrived a little early and right away they changed their schedule so we could do our visit. The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and pleasant, she answered all our questions. Truly a very nice visit.

Great visit
The super kind owner delighted us with her wines and some excellent cheeses.
After the detailed tour of the winery, the tasting was held in a lovely room where, between chats and stories of the territory, the wines overwhelmed us with their identities!

A+ Tasting
Once we reached the Daccapo Cà ed Balos winery, we were warmly welcomed. After taking a tour of the cellar (complete with a very interesting explanation of the various differences in the equipment), we went upstairs for a tasting of 5 glasses of red wine and a tasty platter of typical cheeses. We are very satisfied with the experience, both for the quality of the wine and for the helpfulness of the staff.

Chats and tasting
The lady was very helpful. The tasting was pleasantly accompanied by a long chat about organic cultivation methods and the various types of wine. There was no rush and we tasted more wine than expected.
