Vertical Tastings of Barolo at Poderi Gianni Gagliardo

Here is what's in store for you

This experience at Poderi Gianni Gagliardo begins in the aging rooms of the winery, where you'll be introduced to the history of the 6 generations and the philosophy of the Gagliardo family. 

Afterward, you will be guided to the panoramic terrace of the estate to take a look at the Barolo territory and the magnificent Langhe to learn about the characteristics that make it unique in the world, such as its soils and history.

At the end of the visit, you will have the opportunity to participate in a vertical tasting of Barolo. You can choose between two tastings:

- Classic: a vertical tasting of 3 Barolo Gianni Gagliardo, starting with the most recent vintage and continuing with two historic vintages that will vary according to availability. 

- Cru: a vertical tasting of 3 Great Vineyards of Barolo to be chosen from Monvigliero, Fossati, Lazzarito, Mosconi, and Castelletto, based on availability. The tasting will begin with the most recent vintage and will be followed by two historic vintages.

In both options, the wines to be tasted will be chosen from the Historical Archive, bottles that have rested in the company's underground cellars for years and are now ready to express their maximum character.
