Experience an authentic journey into the heart of Etna’s viticulture with the Lunch experience at Generazione Alessandro, located in Contrada Borriglione, Linguaglossa. The experience starts with a walk through the vineyard, where you’ll learn about the cultivation methods and agronomic practices adopted by the winery.
You’ll continue with a visit to the vinification cellar, where the winemaking techniques used by the estate will be explained in detail. The tour ends in the tasting room, set in a charming restored 19th-century palmento.
Here, you will enjoy a guided tasting of 4 wines: Etna Bianco DOC Trainara, Etna Rosato DOC Vignazza, Etna Rosso DOC Croceferro, and Etna Rosso DOC Sciaramanica Vigna Vecchia. Each wine is expertly paired with 4 typical dishes from the local tradition and a dessert, offering an immersive food and wine experience celebrating the Etna terroir.
