Begin your visit with a fascinating guided tour of our winery, a place steeped in history and tradition, carved entirely out of tufa rock. You will discover the artisanal processes of winemaking and the evolution of our wines, carefully kept in oak barrels.

After the tour, your experience will continue with a guided tasting of 5 of our best wines, chosen to represent Fattoria Sant'Appiano's production. Each wine will be presented with a detailed explanation of its characteristics, winemaking techniques, and tasting notes. Among them, you will have the opportunity to taste our renowned SuperTuscans and Chianti, authentic expressions of our terroir.

The tasting will be accompanied by a selection of Tuscan specialties designed to enhance the flavors of the wines. You will enjoy tomato bruschetta, bruschetta with our extra virgin olive oil, mixed cold cuts, and other local delicacies that will perfectly complete your sensory experience. For an even more complete experience, you'll enjoy a traditional Tuscan lunch. The menu includes Tuscan hors d'oeuvres, pasta with meat sauce, arista with beans, and, to finish, a delicious tiramisu.
