The guide will share insights into the winery’s history, traditions, and the meticulous process behind each bottle.
After the visit, enjoy a tasting of three Etna DOC wines — one red, one white, and one rosé — each expressing a different aspect of Etna’s extraordinary landscape. The tasting is paired with “Cunzatu” bread, a traditional Sicilian specialty topped with extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, capers, onion, black olives, fresh basil, salted ricotta, and mozzarella, to be composed as you like. To complete the sensory experience, you’ll also taste two types of Russo olive oil, learning to appreciate their aromas and flavor profiles.
