The Beppe Marino Winery awaits you for a unique wine experience in Santo Stefano Belbo, between the prestigious wine territories of Langhe and Monferrato.
The tour includes a visit to the steel tank winemaking room, where the must of Moscato, Brachetto, and other wines is stored, and where the winemaking process will be illustrated. The history of the Monastery and of Mass wine, produced for more than 100 by the Daughters of St. Joseph, will also explained.
The experience then continues with a tasting of the wines produced by the Beppe Marino Winery in the flower garden surrounded by high walls; in case of bad weather or during the winter season in the indoor tasting room. You will have the opportunity to taste 5 wines; the wine selection usually includes one white, 3 reds, and one sweet wine. Some alternatives will be proposed before the start of the tasting according to everyone's taste. The wines will be paired with typical local products such as cheese and cold cuts.
