BioDynamic Experience @Orsi VIgneto San Vito
This wine experience starts with a short walk in to the vineyard, and discovering the vegetables garden, together with the concept of natural winemaking.
After the winery visit, we go tasting all the available bottle of wine, form 3 to 5 tasting, together with the freshly vutted vegetables, cheeses, and local salumi such us Mortadella and salame.(made by our free range Mora Romagnola pigs).
You can try a sparkling Pignoletto, a regular white, and a couple of red wines. Matching the food pairing.
