Winery Visit & Wine Tasting in Kobuleti at Tsertsvadze Wine Cellar
Here is what's in store for you
At Tsertsvadze Wine Cellar, winemaking is more than a craft — it’s a cherished family tradition passed down through generations. From the days of the grandfather to today, every bottle reflects the passion, knowledge, and authenticity of Georgian viticulture. During your visit, you’ll learn how wine is produced using ancient Georgian methods, following every step of the process from grape pressing to bottling.
Your tasting will include four wines, all made from high-quality grapes harvested in the Kakheti region and aged in traditional Qvevri, according to centuries-old winemaking practices. You will enjoy Rkatsiteli White (semi-dry) and Alazani Valley White (semi-sweet), both crafted from the Rkatsiteli grape variety, as well as Saperavi Red (semi-dry) and Kindzmarauli Red (semi-sweet), both produced from the Saperavi grape variety. The family also produces traditional Georgian Chacha, a handcrafted grape spirit that you will have the chance to learn about.
You can extend your experience in the charming courtyard shared with the Level Up Hotel and Restaurant, where you may choose to relax, enjoy traditional Georgian dishes, or even stay overnight to deepen your immersion in the region’s hospitality (not included in the price of this experience).
Located in a picturesque seaside town in Adjara, this visit beautifully combines authentic wine, warm Georgian hospitality, and the natural charm of the Black Sea coast.
