This experience begins with a scenic walk through the vineyards in the Balze and Calanchi Natural Park, where you will learn about the family’s winemaking history. The tour continues in the underground cellar, carved 5 meters below ground, where Claudia will guide you through the entire winemaking process—from soil cultivation and harvesting to fermentation, aging, and bottling.
The experience concludes in the panoramic glass-walled tasting room, where you will enjoy a guided tasting of 6 different wines, along with extra virgin olive oil, all paired with a selection of local gastronomic specialties.
