Located in the countryside of Trapani, in western Sicily, organic wine and olive oil producer Baglio Ingardia awaits you for a special experience.
Experience a journey through history, but also through the scents, flavors, and traditions of the island at Baglio Ingardia. Discover the 18th-century structure, owned by the Ingardia family for 4 generations. Your tour will begin in the main courtyard of the Baglio Siciliano. It will continue with a walk inside the Baronial garden, and end in the tasting room, the historic winery cooperage.
At the end of the outdoor tour, comfortably seated at the table, you will be taken on a journey of discovery of this precious territory, its olive growing, and Sicily's enology of excellence. During the technical tasting, you will have the opportunity to taste 3 organic extra virgin olive oils and 3 organic natural wines produced by Baglio Ingardia. During the tasting, you will be provided with water and a basket of artisanal breadsticks or crispy crackers.
