Experience the world of Barolo with an exclusive private wine journey at the Diego Pressenda Winery. Your visit begins at the winery entrance, where you’ll be introduced to the Pressenda family’s history and the philosophy behind their craft. You’ll then explore the fermentation room, learning about every stage that takes place inside the steel tanks, followed by a visit to the bottling, labeling, and storage areas.
The tour continues into the underground Barricaia, the serene aging cellar where French oak barrels and barriques embody the winery’s elegance and authenticity. A short walk through the vineyard leads you to the panoramic tasting room, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Monforte d'Alba hills.
Your private experience concludes with a tasting of three Barolo wines – Barbadelchi, Bricco San Pietro, and Coste di Monforte – paired with local salumi and cheeses, Piemonte IGP hazelnuts, and traditional grissini for a fully immersive taste of the Langhe.
