Where we are and how to reach us
When around the animals, it is essential to maintain calm and respectful behavior, avoiding shouting or making sudden gestures towards them, as they could get scared easily. A calm attitude will help create a bond of trust and security. For the protection and safety of visitors and animals, access to the enclosures is not permitted. Pets are allowed with a muzzle and leash, if they are small or docile dogs, a leash is sufficient.
