Winery Tour & Journey to Sardinia Tasting with Light Lunch at Tenute Olbios
Here is what's in store for you
Your experience at Tenute Olbios begins with a welcome from the estate's sommelier, who will lead you on a tour of the winery. This serves as an introduction to the estate's philosophy and the unique terroir behind its Vermentino di Gallura DOCG.
You will walk through the production areas before settling into the tasting room or the panoramic terrace. Here, you will taste three wines, each from a different native grape variety, accompanied by a traditional Sardinian light lunch. The food selection includes warm appetizers from the kitchen, artisan cheeses and cured meats like pecorino, salami, and prosciutto, along with fresh seasonal fruit, honey or preserves, and traditional bread.
The tasting includes:
- Lupus in Fabula, Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG (Vermentino)
- Cavè, Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Rosé (Cannonau)
- Amur, Muristellu Colli del Limbara Rosso IGP (Muristellu)
A non-alcoholic option with the same food selection is available for children or any adults who do not consume alcohol.
