A Journey Through Family Stories, Scent of Wood & Taste of Monferrato – Cantine Sant’Agata
Here is what's in store for you
Visit the Sant’Agata Winery and discover the world of Tenimenti Famiglia Cavallero.
Embark on an authentic and engaging introductory journey designed for those who wish to learn about our family’s story and explore the most symbolic spaces of the winery — the caveau of historic vintages and the wood room, where our red wines are born.
The experience continues with a guided tasting of four wines, including one white and three reds, with a special focus on Ruchè, our signature wine. The wines offered are:
- Moscato Secco “Eliseo”
- Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato “'Na Vota”
- Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato Riserva “Pro Nobis”
- Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato Riserva “Genesi”
The experience concludes with a tasting of our Vermouth di Torino Superiore, an elegant aromatic interpretation of Ruchè. All tastings are accompanied by our artisan breadsticks.

Great Experience
There weren't any breadsticks, but they weren't relevant for the tasting anyway.
The vermouth was a great finish!

Ruchè Tasting
An expert in the field (Federica) who, in addition to illustrating the company's processes (always fascinating), manages to give you that extra spark of interest thanks to the passion that guides her on her path and that she manages to transmit, especially in the tasting.
A winery that manages to maintain the tradition of its harvest but is not afraid to dare, always seeking new flavors and new techniques for wine aging that can always amaze its consumers.
A good positioning in the territory, thanks to which it manages to enhance the product that the land offers, taking it even beyond the Alps and not only in Europe, characterizing the Italian virtuosity in producing wine.
