The sensory journey into Ruchè at Sant'Agata provides an immersion into the roots of the Ruchè territory, a journey that includes a guided tour of the winery and the tasting of 4 types of Ruchè:
- Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato il Cavaliere,
- Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato 'Na Vota,
- Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato Pro Nobis RISERVA,
- Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato Genesi RISERVA
The wines will be accompanied by typical Piedmontese artisan breadsticks, artisanal cookies, or other local baked goods. You can also choose to end the tasting with an additional glass of Sant'Agata's vermouth.
