A wine tasting at Abbazia Santa Anastasia is a unique experience. If possible, the experience will begin with a tour of the estate: the guided tour will take you from the vineyard where everything originated, to the winery, equipped with the latest production technology, and ending with a tasting of their natural wines. The guided tour is subject to availability on the date of booking.
The guided tasting will include a selection of 4 organic labels consisting of Grillo, Catarratto, Nero d'Avola, and Syrah. Each label you will have the opportunity to taste is the result of meticulous work done with passion through the organic method and biodynamic philosophy in order to enhance the natural organoleptic qualities of the grapes and wines.
Walking among the rows of vines, learning about winemaking techniques, and tasting wine are activities that intertwine like pieces of an exclusive and fascinating mosaic in this experience taking place in one of the Sicilian territories with the most authentic terroir.

Cru set tasting experience in Santa Anastasia Winery
A special thank you to our sommelier Giovanni exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive, and a fantastic storyteller who elevated the entire experience.
The winery itself is set on a picturesque hillside with breathtaking views and is housed in a beautifully preserved old monastery. The scenic drive leading to the estate added to the charm. We visited with our teenage daughters, and even without participating in the wine tasting, they had a great time exploring the surroundings and soaking in the atmosphere.
