Your visit begins with a guided tour of the production and ageing cellars, where you'll learn about the winery’s environmentally conscious philosophy and the various techniques of organic winemaking. You’ll discover how La Spinosa works in harmony with the land, from vineyard to bottle.
After the tour, you’ll have the chance to enjoy a tasting of 4 organic wines accompanied by La Spinosa’s extra virgin olive oil. The tasting is paired with a rich selection of local food:
