Vi var to norske par på ferie i Guardamar del Segura som ønsket å dra på vinsmaking, og fant denne vingården på nettet. Fra Guardamar hadde vi en flott kjøretur opp i fjellene forbi Alcoy til Muro de Alcoy. Vel fremme ble vi møtt av en vennlig vert som snakket godt engelsk. Han viste oss rundt i relativt små produksjonslokaler, og informerte om vinlagingsprosessen.. Foruten produksjon av røde og hvite viner, ble det også produsert vermouth og olivenolje. Oppholdet ble avsluttet med smaking av hvite og røde viner, samt vermouth. Alle av meget høy kvalitet etter vår oppfatning. Blant annet ble det servert røde viner som hadde vært lagret på eikefat i mer enn 6 år. Tilbehør i form av ost, lokale spekepølser og diverse annet, smakte også fortreffelig. Alt i alt en meget hyggelig opplevelse som kan anbefales.

We really enjoyed the wine tasting and tour! The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the wines were great. The tour was scheduled for 3 hours, but we finished in about 2, which was perfectly fine for us. Overall, a very pleasant experience, definitely recommend it!

Visita muy interesante, bien explicada y con una degustación de vino muy completa.

Quizás sería adecuado que la explicación sobre las viñas fuese más extensa y con más vistosidad.

The tours are only in Spanish, but that only made it more interesting. The owner of the winery is an amazing person, he loves his hobby and is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with the tour participants.

Bodega pequeña y artesanal. Con explicaciones sobre curiosidades sobre su elaboración de los vinos. Nos dieron a probar más de 10 vinos de diferentes variedades de uva a elaborados por ellos. Los vinos eran de calidad y estaban muy buenos. Experiencia recomendable donde se potencia los detalles de la elaboración de los vinos y sobre todo una cata extensa y muy variada.

Contraté una visita para dos personas a la bodega Celler de la Muntanya. Rafa nos dio una explicación de todo el proceso de elaboración, anécdotas y curiosidades: ha sido una experiencia excepcional. Estuvimos como en casa, con un trato muy cercano y familiar, ya que estábamos a solas con el sumiller, en la que pudimos degustar los vinos junto con un aperitivo. Muchas gracias por vuestra atención.
