The monring will be dedicated to a program of slow detachment from the daily frenzy and pandemic stress through relaxation practices, muscle awakening and yoga.
After a light, tasty and traditional country lunch to be taken outdoors, we will enter the world of wine. After a walk in the vineyards to discover the cultivation techniques of this precious fruit, we will move to the winery and learn the techniques of wine making, wine matching and tasting.
At the end of the day, there will be the opportunity to take home the bottle you will have personally bottled and labeled.
