Carilius invites you to a 1-hour tasting experience to discover the essence of Valpolicella wines.
Immerse yourself in a unique atmosphere where terroir meets passion for wine, inside a workshop dating back to 1400. Carilius Wine was, in fact, born out of a passion for the beautiful Valpolicella and its precious wines!
In this tasting, you will have the opportunity to taste three classic red wines of our territory: Corvina; Valpolicella Classico; and Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso. The tasting includes a sampling of local products like cheese and cold cuts, bruschetta or meatballs, taralli, and water.

Excellent experience
As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the young woman who guided us throughout the entire experience. She was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions with expertise and passion, making the tasting even more enjoyable.
The young woman enthusiastically explained the production process, the history of the grape varieties, and the peculiarities of each wine, helping us to grasp nuances we would have otherwise missed. A particularly pleasant moment was the pairing of the wines with some local products: cheeses, cured meats, and homemade bread, which enhanced the flavors and aromas of the wines in an exceptional way.
The service was impeccable, never intrusive but always attentive and friendly.
