Carilius invites you to a 1-hour tasting experience to discover the essence of Valpolicella wines.

Immerse yourself in a unique atmosphere where terroir meets passion for wine, inside a workshop dating back to 1400. Carilius Wine was, in fact, born out of a passion for the beautiful Valpolicella and its precious wines!

In this tasting, you will have the opportunity to taste three classic red wines of our territory: Corvina; Valpolicella Classico; and Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso. The tasting includes a sampling of local products like cheese and cold cuts, bruschetta or meatballs, taralli, and water.

Bella esperienza da rifare, la oste è stata molto professionale guidandoci attraverso ogni vino spiegando le tecniche di produzione, i profumi e i sapori.
Apprezzato l'abbinamento fra il vino e i deliziosi stuzzichini preparati con ingredienti locali e di alta qualità.

Appena arrivati, siamo stati accolti calorosamente dalla ragazza che ci ha guidato durante tutta l’esperienza . È stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande con competenza e passione, rendendo la degustazione ancora più piacevole.

La ragazza ci ha spiegato con entusiasmo il processo di produzione, la storia dei vitigni e le peculiarità di ciascun vino, aiutandoci a cogliere sfumature che altrimenti avremmo perso. Un momento particolarmente piacevole è stato l’abbinamento dei vini con alcuni prodotti locali: formaggi, salumi e pane fatto in casa, che esaltavano i sapori e le fragranze dei vini in modo eccezionale.

Il servizio è stato impeccabile, mai invadente ma sempre attento e cordiale.
Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza a chiunque voglia scoprire la vera essenza della Valpolicella.
