Vertical Tasting – A Journey Through Time in the Glass at Azienda Agricola Ferreri & Bianco

Set among the rolling hills of the Belice Valley, Cantina Ferreri offers an experience designed for those who wish to go beyond a classic wine tasting and truly understand how wine evolves over time.

Following a guided tour of the winery and vineyards, guests will take part in a vertical tasting focused on the longevity and transformation of our native grape varieties. Participants will taste two wines — one white and one red — across a carefully selected sequence of vintages, exploring how aromas, structure, and flavors change as the years pass.

This experience was created to demonstrate, in a tangible way, the quality and aging potential of our wines. Not only do the red wines evolve while maintaining complexity and character, but the white wines also reveal an unexpected capacity to age, surprising even the most experienced and curious palates.

Together with the tasting, a selection of simple and authentic local specialties is served, including regional cheeses and artisanal bread drizzled with our own extra virgin olive oil. The food is carefully chosen to support the tasting without overshadowing the wines.
