This experience is a true journey into the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, where guests can explore the unspoiled nature of La Maliosa and connect with its most authentic soul.
The experience begins with a scenic walk through the vineyards, pausing to admire the landscape and arriving at a panoramic point overlooking the surrounding hills. Along the way, an expert guide will introduce the historic grape varieties used in the estate’s wines and explain the Corino Method, the guiding philosophy behind every step of La Maliosa’s natural wine and organic EVO oil production.
The tour continues in the tasting room, where guests are welcomed into a warm and inviting atmosphere to enjoy a guided tasting of two natural wines — one red and one white — paired with a selection of cheeses from the Sorano and Manciano dairies, artisanal cured meats, and homemade jams. The tasting also includes slices of traditional Tuscan bread and a sample of La Maliosa's organic EVO oil, made from cold-pressed Tuscan cultivars. The tasting is led by a knowledgeable staff member ready to answer questions and offer insights throughout this sensory experience.
