Here is what's in store for you
Discover the essence of Winestillery, the first winery and distillery in the Chianti Classico region with an experience that perfectly blends our two crafts through a common thread that is the main grape variety of the region. Whether distilled or aged in wood or amphora, Sangiovese yields genuine, distinctive reflections of our land.
After a surprise welcome drink, the experience begins in the distillery with a guided tour where you'll learn about our production philosophy and the distillation and winemaking process. Regrettably, the winery is currently under renovation, and cannot be visited.
The visit concludes with a tasting of two wines and two spirits: Fossifoco, Toscana IGT - Carismante, Chianti Classico DOCG Gran Selezione - London dry Gin - Tuscan Vermouth.

All ages welcome
Children under 8 years old are warmly welcomed to visit our Visitor Center. However, for safety reasons, access to the distillery's technical rooms is restricted to guests aged 8 and above. Additionally, in compliance with regulations, we do not serve alcohol to individuals under the age of 18. Thank you for your understanding.
