Visit one of the most historic wineries in the area, with distant origins going back to the Middle Ages.
The wine matures in the cellars beneath the Castle, which date back to 1200. The cellars have been built underground, on both sides against the ground, and are characterised by constant humidity and temperature throughout the year, making them the ideal environment for maturing the wine.
The Tasting Room, located "overlooking the vineyards", is the ideal space for sensory analysis tours. This is the starting point for itineraries to discover the panoramic vineyards and 12th century cellars inside the Castle.
