Your visit begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to the estate, followed by a leisurely walk among the rows of organically grown Sangiovese vines. As you stroll through the vineyards, you'll learn about vine training methods, cultivation techniques, and the importance of grape selection in crafting high-quality wines.
Relax under the charming portico with breathtaking views of the vineyards, where you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of three wines of your choice from our selection. The tasting will be accompanied by our estate-produced extra virgin olive oil Olivio’, served on freshly baked bread crostini. Our collection includes three exquisite red wines—Carbognano Sangiovese Superiore, AMEN Riserva, and ALI (a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah)—as well as three refined white wines: Gossip Spumante Brut, Alba di Carbognano, and Console Papirio Carbone, named after the first Roman consul to plant vines on our land.
A bottle of water will always be available at your table, a vital source of life for both the vines and our guests.
