Discover the wines of Italy, Austria, and Germany at Rose Wein-Brasserie in Munich-Schwabing, where carefully selected wines from small family-run wineries are paired with regional food in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
You'll be welcomed by the owner of Rose Wein-Brasserie and Hannes, the winery's wine expert, who has worked with these producers for over 20 years and personally visits each winery at least twice a year. Throughout the tasting, Hannes will introduce you to the stories behind the wineries, their production methods, and the philosophy that makes each wine unique.
The guided tasting includes 6 wines (0.1 L each):
3 white wines
3 red wines
The wines are carefully selected from small family-run wineries in Italy, Austria, and Germany that Rose Wein-Brasserie imports directly to Munich. Upon request, the tasting can also be adapted to include more white wines, more red wines, or rosé wines.
The experience is accompanied by a traditional Brotzeit, served after the first wines, including:
- Speck
- 2 types of cheese
- Olives
- Butter
- Vinschgerl bread
A vegetarian option is available and includes:

The tasting normally takes place inside the wine brasserie, while in good weather it can also be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace.
