This 90-minute tour begins with a walk along the so-called “grape road”—a path through the winery that reveals each step of the winemaking process, from vineyard to bottle. Led by a knowledgeable guide, you’ll explore the cellar and learn about Baglio Assuli’s approach to wine, rooted in tradition and innovation.

After the tour, you'll enjoy a guided tasting of 4 wines, each carefully selected to express the terroir and character of Baglio Assuli. The tasting is enriched by a sample of the estate’s extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by a selection of traditional products from the Trapani area, offering a full immersion into local flavors.
