A bit disappointed
The aged Vernaccia is very oaky, the Sottobosco is great, but would deserve decantation. The food is far less than promised on the website. A small basket of bread, 2 thin triangles of two different Pecorino, a very small piece of bread with tastless egg cream, 2 great olive oils and 2 delicate honey. No backcheque, no saying good by. Nobody wanted to upsell, persuade to buy wine or olive oil. It is pity, we would have bought wines, honey and olive oil as well
Will not recommend to our friends.
I would accept less guest or better play with timing of groups.
The lots of empty barrique cascs are not emphasizing the quality of the winery

Criticism helps us grow, obviously if done in a constructive way.
We are sorry to hear that the dish presented was poor, we always try to recreate a good look, but it must be said that among all the options you chose the basic one at €18.00.
We are saddened by the fact that you did not find anyone at the point of sale and that no one greeted you, we will do our best to improve on this.
As for our guides, we are equipped with a rich selection of languages: Italian, English, French and Spanish. I'm sorry for the Italian inflection in our speech, but as you know, we are in Italy and speak Italian as our first language, so saying that our English had an Italian accent didn't seem like the best criticism to make.
On the receipt, I take the liberty of contradicting it because having booked through the portal, we are required to issue a voucher where we ask customers for their billing details, so it is not possible that they have not received any receipt.
We are happy to know that you liked our products, we invite you to come back to enjoy a better service.
