Wine Tasting “Ad Hoc di San Gimignano” at Palagetto Winery

Each vintage at Palagetto is unique, expressing its own character through the estate’s key grape varieties: Sangiovese, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc. Only the most exciting results are selected for bottling – sometimes making it hard to choose just a few.

Your experience begins at the winery, where you will be warmly welcomed by the team and introduced to the estate, its history, and philosophy.

You will then enjoy a tasting of 4 wines, each representing one of the main grape varieties, paired with a selection of local specialties. The food pairing includes bruschetta with the estate’s own olive oil, a variety of cheeses, sottoli (vegetables preserved in oil), and Cinta Senese cold cuts.
