Upon arrival, your experience will begin with a tour of the winery, and, weather permitting, of the vineyard.

After the tour, you will take a comfortable seat in the tasting room of the Pileum winery to enjoy a guided tasting of five wines, each paired wines with samples of typical local products:
- VALLE BIANCA Passerina del Frusinate IGT with bread and extra virgin olive oil
- LE FATTORA Cru Passerina del Frusinate IGT with bruschetta fantasia dell'orto
