Here is what's in store for you

The Chiusa Grande farm, pioneer in the production of organic wines, was founded in 1990 by Franco D’Eusanio, a doctor of Agricultural Sciences, whose passionate knowledge is rooted in a family experience that has been handed down for generations. It is the first post-war period when the D’Eusanio family began their nursery activity, characterized since the beginning, by the attention and care in the selection and cultivation processes of the vineyards, for the conferment of the grapes to the most important wineries of Abruzzo. 1996 is the year of the first production of wine with the Chiusa Grande brand, whose helm today, together with the founder Franco, are his sons Ilaria and Rocco.

Wine is primarily conceived as pleasure and enjoyment that everyone has a right to and, for this reason, the company invests and works to preserve all the characteristics of wholesomeness and wholesomeness of the product. In conceiving each of his wines, the company follows a path that is the opposite of the canonical one adopted by other wineries: the starting point is an emotion that is examined, observed and described in order to shape it and pour it into a glass. Once the emotion is defined, the organoleptic characteristics that the wine will have to be set back, then the most suitable winemaking techniques are chosen and, finally, the location and the way the vineyards are run. To convey the depth of Vinosophia and the fullness of the whole emotional project, the company has devised a new way to make its wines known and understood: the multisensory tasting. Thus a musical CD is born which recounts 9 wines through jazz music and the recitation of retro-labels, giving life to an experience that involves all the senses and amplifies the organoleptic sensations given to the palate.

With this wine tasting experience you'll visit the winery discovering the histoty of this family and then you'll taste different wines paired with some local delicacies!

Un vino veramente grande non viene solo prodotto: viene ideato. Un vino degno di nota non è da assaggiare, bensì da “amare sciaguratamente”. www.chiusagrande.it
