Here is what's in store for you

Colline del Vento awaits you in Villasimius to discover and taste their wonderful organic products directly where they are born and grow: you'll discover a special terroir kissed by the sun and caressed by the wind and the sea. 

You will be guided through the rows of vines by Gianluca and Mario, owners of Colline del Vento, who will share with you how their wines are made and their philosophy of production.

In a bucolic atmosphere, under a centuries-old carob tree, you will have the opportunity to taste the three organic wines produced by Colline del Vento, an orange wine, a Cannonau and a Vermentino, paired with typical cheese and cold cuts from the territory. You will also get a chance to taste the organic Myrtle and Acquavite liquers produced by Colline del Vento.

We will meet at the parking lot of Eurospin in Villasimius and from there you will follow us to our vineyard, only 10 minutes from the village but difficult to reach by yourself.

Sardinian Vineyard

A lovely experience which was enhanced by the other guests. We were given a limited tour of the vineyard which is very rustic although the owner was very knowledgeable about wine.. The meal was authentic and most of the accompanying wines were good but the meal was spoilt by swarms of wasps all afternoon. Fortunately the other guests were great company and we made the best of it.
Dealing with wasps around food in the open air must be a regular occurence- but this was excessive and steps should be taken to avoid this.

Wir haben die Weinprobe auf dem Weingut Colline del Vento sehr genossen ; Gianluca hat uns alle Fragen geduldig beantwortet; Wir konnten uns auch mit den anderen Gästen unterhalten, was wir spannender fanden als lange Vorträge über Techniken des Weinanbaus. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war die Wartezeit auf noch zwei verspätete Gäste bei der Hinfahrt: da wir pünktlich am Treffpunkt waren, mussten wir noch 20 min. warten bis es losging.

We went with two people and were the only ones at the wine tasting. We enjoyed this very much, as it made the experience very personal. Gianluca really took his time to show us around and was very welcoming. He also gave us some great restaurant recommendations and explained life on the island, which gave us good local insights. The surroundings were beautiful and we left very satisfied with the experience.
Perhaps some more explanations on the wines would be nice, for instance what you are tasting or about the brewing process (maybe with pictures?). The explanation on the vineyard itself was really nice though.

My wife, me and two of my sons had a lovely winetasting at Colline. The atmosphere was natural and nice. Good lunch and very tasty wines. We bought 5 bottles back home to Norway

We had a lovely time with the wine tasting. I especially liked the prior contact, keeping me up to date. We asked to be picked up from our hotel and dropped off.
We sampled some lovely wines, and had a great time. I would highly recommend it.
Take cash and ask for transfer options.

Il mio compagno ed io, insieme alla nostra cagnolina, abbiamo conosciuto Gianluca e i suoi vini il primo maggio. Siamo stati accolti nonostante il poco preavviso (solo la sera prima) e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. Degustare buon vino e cibo all’aria aperta e in un ambiente totalmente amichevole non può che essere valutato positivamente.

Great visit to this rustic beautiful setting.
Our hide/ owner was quite interesting and informative. His conversation was charming and quite relaxed. Wine and snacks were wonderful.
It was one of our favorite outings in Sardinia.
