Enjoy the timeless elegance of Bibbiano's Chianti Classico Annata and the richness of our Riserva and immerse yourself in the authentic character of our Single Vineyards with our welcome tasting experience.
This experience gives you the unique opportunity to taste all of our 8 different wines. During this hour together we will accompany you on a journey to discover the ancient history of the Bibbiano Estate and the Marrocchesi Marzi family that has carried on the name, synonymous with quality and traditionality, for over 100 years. A journey to discover and rediscover Sangiovese and Uga di Castellina and the complementary history of the Chianti Classico Consortium itself.
Our talk will be accompanied by the tasting of all eight of our labels in production: 1 white Chianti Classico, 1 rosé from Sangiovese, 2 IGT Reds rediscovering the old interpretations of making Chianti, Chianti Classico Annata, Chianti Classico Riserva, the two Grand Selections Vigna del Capannino and, finally, Vigna di Montornello. The tasting is accompanied by Bibanesi, a specific type of artisanal breadsticks with reduced salt content designed specifically to accompany the wine tastings.
