Rosado (rosé) 2022/2023

Each wine is paired with a platter of regional cured meats (from Salumeria David in San Venanzo) and local cheeses (from Caseificio Nestore in Marsciano). For vegetarians or on request, a fresh Caprese salad will be served instead of the cold cuts.

Very nice place
The white wine, if I remember correctly 80% Chardonnay and 20% Sauvignon, really excellent!
