Feudo Maccari estate is happy to welcome you to the heart of Val di Noto! Come and enjoy the peacefulness of the lush nature that here produces numerous treasures: vines, olives, almonds, citrus trees, and much more!
Your experience will begin in the vineyards of Feudo Maccari estate, where the traditional vine training system of the area and its unique terroir will be explained to you in detail. Later, you will be guided through the wine cellar and barrel room to discover the philosophy of Feudo Maccari, from harvest to wine production.
The experience will be concluded with the guided tasting of a selection of 5 wines accompanied by a signature aperitif of Feudo Maccari: local DOP cheese, primo sale cheese with black pepper (or fresh ricotta), seasoned Sicilian olives, focaccia bread, bruschettas, and cured sausage or marinated anchovies, depending on the availability.
