What if it were possible to create a personalized blend of wines, bottle and label them? In Ervideira it's possible!
We will start the experience here with a visit to the cellar, accompanying the production process, from the reception of the grape, passing through the fermentations, aging in barrels and bottling.
We proceed then to the wine tasting, initially with single varieties in production and, playing the role of the the winemaker, you'll build your own personalized blend.
You'll produce, bottle and label 2 bottles of 75cl from your blend and this is followed by a complete tasting of traditional flavors, which can be accompanied by a glass of Erivdeir wine of your choice.
