Here is what's in store for you
Initially, you'll get to know the production space, following the path from the reception of the grapes at harvest time to the bottling of the wine in the warehouse.
From there, we head to the Ervideira Wine Lounge, where we have already prepared the wine tasting.
On the wines, you can count on a personalized selection of 5 Ervideira wines, with a journey between whites, rosè, reds and special wines paired by a complete tasting of regional products on a table of typically Alentejo flavors and colors - bread and toast, São Jorge cheese, cheese sheep’s bread, cured sheep’s cheese, black pork sausages, cherry tomato, fruit and nuts, mini pies, jam, olive oil.
You can also rent an electric bike for a self tour before or after the tour and tasting experience!
