5 Passion (Renato)I noticed the great passion that the Pasini family, including their employees, pours into carrying on a wonderful work started in the 20th century by the founder of the eponymous winery. Tradition and innovation, combined in an exemplary way, compliments. Everything was told with professionalism and passion by Erika, a "historic" seasonal employee of the winery, who had the remarkable ability to capture our attention so as to make even the technical notions light and understandable during the approximately 2-hour tour. The only less positive note was being told a short time before the start of the tour that it would be conducted in English instead of Italian; however, Erika and the owner immediately made themselves available, if needed, to translate anything not understood. Tour certainly recommended!
