About Winery and Wines
The Vignaluna winery operates in the DOC PIAVE area, among the fertile plains of Veneto, lapped by the placid waters of the Piave river, sacred to the Fatherland. Set in a natural setting, where the best grapes of the area have been vinified with passion for many years and where there are two particular native vines such as Raboso and Verduzzo.
The climate, the particular morphology of the soil, and a processing cycle that respects nature, make it possible to obtain wines with characteristic colors and aromas typical of the great Venetian tradition.
The philosophy of this small-medium sized company is to preserve the culture of the territory as a brilliant and living presence in this part of Veneto rich in history, especially in the light of the third millennium where the origins of products are increasingly confused and dispersed in a globalized market.
The personality of this company, which offers fresh and fruity wines with a strong territorial character, is young and dynamic and our thoughts go to the future where we would like to be remembered in the market as guardians of the original genuineness of our products.
Our commitment is aimed at preserving the territory, using cultivation and processing techniques that have little impact and respect the natural cycle, with the aim of handing it down intact to posterity.
The company is energy independent thanks to a photovoltaic system. In the maintenance of the vineyards, no herbicides or dissecting agents are used.
Passion for the environment has led us to a passion for producing wines with a typically territorial character.
Vignaluna Winery produces the following red wines: Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Raboso, Malbech, Raboso aged Secondo Quarto. White wines: Pinot grigio, Verduzzo, Sauvignon, Chardonnay. Sparkling wines: Prosecco DOC sparkling wine, Prosecco Brioso, Rosato di Raboso, and Moscato sweet.
In particular, Vignaluna winery specializes in Raboso, which we offer in three types: still red Raboso, sparkling rosé Raboso, and Raboso aged in barrels for 12 months.
