 Our wines:

• Iratus (Charmat Method Sparkling Wine): A sparkling wine made with 100% Grillo grapes. The use of Grillo adds Mediterranean notes, with fresh hints of herbs and citrus peel.

• Doralice (Catarratto): Mineral and enveloping, with delicate notes of white flowers, vanilla, and citrus. Once underestimated, Catarratto has recently been rediscovered for its versatility. Vinified as a single varietal, it reveals complex layers of flavor.

• Argalia (Grillo): A still, dry version of Grillo. Intense, savory, and balanced, with herbal and saline notes, yet warm and enveloping.

• Ferraù (Zibibbo): An aromatic variety with strong notes of yellow fruit, citrus, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it’s savory and mineral, with excellent balance.

• Mandricardo (Nerello Mascalese): Typically grown on Mount Etna, this grape is known for its savory and mineral profile. Cultivated here, it becomes rounder and warmer. Delicately tannic, with notes of red fruit and spices.
