About Winery and Wines

We are a family of winemakers who, after traveling, working, and living different experiences, have set ourselves the goal of creating ethical wines.
For us, ethical wine means wine that is grown, produced, and sold with respect, honesty, and enthusiasm from those who work with us and the happiness of those who will consume the wine.
Our wines are called ...gratias in honor of all the people who have helped us in our winemaking lives and whom we continue to hold dear.
We work only with native varieties, some of which have almost disappeared, such as the white tardana, pintaillo, black macabeo, and now coloraillo, as well as other more widespread varieties such as bobal.
We generate sustainability in its broadest sense, both environmentally and economically. In addition to our own vineyard, we restore old vineyards to prevent them from being uprooted because they are not profitable. In this way, the plots are maintained, the winegrowers return to the countryside and regain their enthusiasm for working the land and preserving their land.
During production, the principles of organic and biodynamic management, as well as the concepts of artisanal and natural wine, are fundamental to our work philosophy. We avoid the use of additives as much as possible and reduce the use of sulfur so that the wine is good for those who drink it.

We produce wines from native grape varieties, grown on dry land and in bush vines. 
We are located in Manchuela, the bridge between Valencia and Albacete. We have the plateau behind us and the Mediterranean in front of us. This gives the wines a unique character.
We have two major projects in the winery:
- the Bobal variety (red) and the Tardana variety (white) 
- Recovery of mixed plots (crowdfunding project): forgotten varieties such as Pintaillo, Macabeo Negro, and Coloraillo.
At our winery, you can find red wines, white wines, and natural sparkling wines.
We produce our wines in used French oak barrels, amphorae, and demijohns.
Our wines are additive-free and good for those who drink them.
