From the heart of Ribera del Duero, we make fine wines with the exceptional character of its climate, its land and its people. Our vineyards are located in the better oriented land plots, those in which the grapes reach the best maturity, in conjuction with careful attention which will be essential to reach the highest quality. We are located in southern Burgos (Spain), in a traditional environment whose summer landscape presents both the green vineyards as well as the Castillian villages’ towers. It has a particular high content of limestone composed by clay layers. Given a suitable climate, the key factor is the land, which provides a composition and conditions difficult to find out from Ribera del Duero, featuring the culture of wine and highlighting its landscape, its people's personality and the character of its wines. The better oriented vineyard plots, the best land and those in which the grapes reach the best maturity are the ones devoted to winegrowing. To obtain fine wines this condition must be supplemented with other essential too: cool nights and sunny days in summer but slightly colder in autumn, thus improves a slower and more progressive maturation of the grapes, a trustful recipe to give them seductive aromas and flavors.
